Mo Data Deletion Policy

1. Account Deletion Requests

Users may request deletion of their Mo account at any time by submitting a request through the Mo app or website, or by contacting support@letsmo.com. Upon receiving a valid request, Mo will initiate the data handling process described in this Policy.

2. Data Eligible for Deletion

Subject to legal and operational requirements, Mo will take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify personal data associated with the requesting user, which may include account profile information, uploaded content, preferences, behavioral data, and usage data.

3. Data That May Be Retained

Certain data may be retained where necessary to comply with legal obligations, satisfy financial or accounting requirements, detect fraud, enforce agreements, resolve disputes, or maintain internal records and audits.

4. Financial and Transactional Records

Mo facilitates financial transactions and partners with regulated institutions. Transactional and ledger records may be retained for legally required periods even after account deletion.

5. Aggregated and Anonymized Data

Mo may retain and use aggregated or anonymized data derived from user activity for analytics, research, product improvement, or business operations.

6. Backup and Archival Systems

Data may persist in encrypted backups or archival systems for a limited period after deletion and will be purged according to Mo’s retention schedules.

7. Impact of Deletion

Once an account is deleted, access to the Service is terminated and associated data may become inaccessible. Deletion is irreversible.

8. Changes to This Policy

Mo may update this Policy at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised Last Updated date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
