1. How Users Opt In
Users voluntarily opt in to receive SMS messages from Mo when they:
- Create a Mo account and provide their mobile number,
- Enable SMS-based Two Factor Authentication (2FA),
- Choose to receive SMS notifications about account activity or app events, or
- Otherwise provide consent through Mo’s apps or website.
Opt-in is optional unless required for security or regulatory compliance.
2. Purpose of SMS Messages
Mo uses SMS messages for limited, service-related purposes, including:
- Two Factor Authentication (2FA) and account verification,
- Event-based notifications related to Moments or fund activity,
- Important system alerts that support secure platform use.
Mo does not use SMS messages for marketing or promotional purposes.
3. Frequency
Message frequency depends on user activity and settings. Mo only sends SMS messages when necessary for security or service functionality.
4. How to Opt Out
Users may opt out of SMS messaging at any time by:
- Adjusting communication preferences within Mo’s settings, or
- Replying STOP to any Mo text message.
After opting out, users may still receive essential security messages (e.g., 2FA) unless the account is closed.
5. Help & Support
Users may reply HELP to any Mo SMS message for assistance or contact support@letsmo.com.
6. User Responsibilities
Users confirm that they own or control the mobile number provided and understand that carrier fees or delays may occur.
